Our borough has one of the highest rates of serious mental illness across London (1.37%). This is above the London and England averages of 0.96% and 1.11%, respectively.

Isolation and loneliness

In Haringey, a significant minority of 16% of residents say they feel isolated living in their local area. The proportion of residents saying this is highest among older residents aged 45+
